Seamless experience

Overall a good experience - I was contacted for a survey and the whole process was straightforward.

Scheduling the interview was a bit clunky with it being done via email rather than automated. I thought a time was in place but it was changed the morning of the call. That could have prevented the interview. Other than that, the experience was pleasant.
