Astonishing delivery time. When I got the shipping email, it said it was leaving a factory in Hong Kong. I was shocked when FedEx dropped it off at my house in the US 36 hours later. Aside from that, the product performs really well. It has to be the best performing IR device in this price range. It can see tiny variations in temps, has a pretty long range for my uses as a homeowner, and I'm just overall very impressed with the whole experience. For reference, I'm just a DIY homeowner trying to do a little bit of weatherizing. If that sounds like you, this is the product to get for sure. All the competitors with similar features are nearly double the price.

First of all I was very pleased with how fast I received it. I had little trouble figuring out how to use it. I’m a plumber and use it to locate leaks and it does quite well. Bottom line, I would buy it again and recommend it to other plumbers as well
