Everything I Hoped For—And Then Some
From start to finish, The Perfect Box Solution lived up to its name. I ordered custom luxury boxes for my business, and the final product is beyond beautiful. The texture is elevated, the color is rich and refined, and my logo looks absolutely exquisite. There was one box with minor creasing, but every other piece I opened was flawless—clearly a one-off. The details are what truly took my breath away: the soft-touch pull, the slide-out tray, the message reveal… it all feels like something you’d find on Rodeo Drive. And I have to highlight Nancy—she worked with me every step of the way. I’ve done other packaging projects with other companies, but this experience was different. Nancy was communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested. She asked for my input, offered helpful feedback, and celebrated each design decision right alongside me. I didn’t feel like I was placing an order—I felt like I was collaborating with someone who cared. She even followed up after production to see how I liked the finished product. That kind of connection—especially over email—is rare. And honestly? It made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful and beyond impressed. Highly, highly recommend. — Jess P.
