They are very responsive and quick to resolve customer service issues. I've visited their storefront in LA and the people were excellent. Their jerky is some of the best I've ever had in my life, absolutely top quality product.

Fantastic customer service that has become a rarity today. I had an issue with a bag of jerky I ordered, and they shipped me a new one without any hassle. USPS marked it as "delivered in mailbox" when it wasn't, and they sent me a third bag - again with no hassle. I am very happy.
