As from my personal experience as an employee at Pentalog i can say that i had one of my worst times working here. Not only the company doesn't care about your needs and worries. But it turns the project limitations in you as if you aren't competent enough. Also the company has a real bad offboarding process. No notification or a small discussion. Just straight gone.
