Pegasus Book WritersReviews of pegasusbookwriters.com

Pegasus failed to deliver the product they promised. Manuscript and covers of book not formatted correctly and after repeated calls and emails they shut off all communication. Obviously a disreputable organization and that is a stretch. Avoid.

This company has failed to meet my expectations as an author, presenting me with poorly made AI cover designs and changing my written works after I specified that I didn't want any of that changed. I decided to withdraw my services from them which resulted in them stating that I should not receive a refund although their contract clearly stated 100% money back guarantee. After long arguments with their company's customer compliance center, they finally agreed to refund me some of the money but not all. They told me they started the refund but within a month I had not received it. They told me there was an issue processing and they would try again - I would have to wait another month. I sent a deman letter for my refund as the BBB states to do for these matters. They told me I would get it in two days. Once again they said it failed to process. I gave them my paypal and venmo since they couldn't seem to refund to my card they charged so easily. They continued to say it would take a whole month for it to process. It has been three months with them still pocketing my money for services I was not provided. This matter is moving up to small claims court at this time. I urge any author to avoid working with this company as they are dishonest, lazy, and thieves of your time, money, and hard work.

Adam at Pegasus books was outstanding. They’ve always gone above and beyond in all tasks. They even landed me a deal with distributors in store over the country. The book covers they have imagined are top tier and the attention to detail impeccable. If I at any time did not feel satisfied with any particular aspect of the process Adam made sure they got it perfect. I’ve worked with many publishers from traditional to hybrid and at this juncture in my writing career I have found Pegasus books the best fit. Fantastic 5 stars or even 6 stars out of 5.
