The management is really poor
The management is really poor. They are bad at handling shortcomings, and most of them are very rude to others. They are even rude to each other, and they treat their subordinates much worse. The work atmosphere is very toxic, which also means that employee morale is always low. The company may look okay on paper, but when you get to experience how poor management is, you'll want to quit as soon as possible.
