It was a rocky road to start but once we got everything updated and going, it has been wonderful. I like that all documents can be put in Paycom, Customer Service is great and payroll is easy to complete.

Paycom is easy to use for both the employees and supervisors. The reporting module is very user-friendly.

The team has always been really friendly and they are very responsive. Our long term support team has been absolutely great and was really helpful through the implementation of bringing on another code to our MCC. The new code implementation team had a few setbacks for a few parts of the setup, but were able to work through everything rather quickly to get it up and running and have an accurate and timely first payroll. Employees have been thrilled with the experience of using Paycom, whether they were familiar with it or not, we continually hear good things from our employees about the ease of use on the employee and manager end!

The implementation would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of our specialist, Ashley. She was informative, patient and worked one on one with all of our management team to provide training to each of them focusing on their needs. The communication and response has been by far better than the last payroll company we used. Paycom is an employee facing system that encourages employees to use it to their advantage. The Beti system is something that helps save issues on payday for our staff. Using the checklists and self-onboarding has been a time saver for me in the HR department.
