Denise, we held a puppy for you for over a month. You repeatedly said you were going to pay for the optional delivery service, and each time came up with another reason for non-payment. This went on for 3 weeks. You could have picked up the pup from the breeder for free, but declined to do that. This caused the sale to be canceled by default. We are sorry that this has not worked out for you, but we have done everything exactly as we promised and are contractually required.

Hey Mary, thank you for choosing Pawrade. We are so happy you let us help you adopt the perfect pup for you. We do apologize for any communication that you may have missed. Whenever we generate an invoice an email is automatically sent with a link for payment. If not paid in a timely manner we do send reminders. The breeder did charge a very reasonable amount for 7 hours of travel on their part.

Angela, Thank you for your feedback. We do keep all communication through us so that all is documented and that all of our policies and protocols are followed. That is how we make sure that you receive the perfect pup with no worries of scams or mirepresentations, intentional or not. We can also get current pics for any buyer in a day or two. But please remember that our breeders are regular folks with all the responsibilities that implies and it may take a bit for them to respond. Ultimately we are happy that you chose Pawrade to help you adopt the perfect pup for you!

Nicole, we are so sorry to hear that you are having difficulty getting your pup adjusted. When you rehome a pup, you are sadly taking them away from their mother, littermates, and the only home they have ever known. Some pups adjust instantly, and some struggle. It is impossible to know beforehand. We do sincerely apologize for this, but we are sure that with the extra attention and love you are providing, your new best buddy will quickly come around.

We are sorry that you are disappointed that it took longer than you would have liked to get your pup. But the pups well being is the top priority for us. We have carefully crafted protocols in place that ensure your pup arrives without issue, and completely safe. We understand you are eager, but we can not compromise in this area. We do disclose the requirements for a pup to travel in your Reservation Agreement and the times can vary depending on circumstances for each pup. We make it very clear that delivery times are never guaranteed.
