Accelerated Journey LLCReviews of paulserafino.com

Coach Paul and I connected entirely by chance (we literally stumbled into each other at the gym) at a defining moment in my career. At the time, I was an assistant leader of a team of 12 in a sales and service-based industry, applying for a recently-vacated, full-fledged team leader role. I was already doing the job I was applying for (and then some), and like many corporate managers, I was beginning to feel drained, burnt out, frustrated, and uncertain of my place in my company. My boss refused to promote me into the position despite me already serving as acting manager, and instead insisted on taking interviews from both internal and external applicants. Paul helped me navigate this nerve-wracking interview and application process, as well as how to best lead my team in an acting manager role. Our coaching conversations were centered around how I could, would, and should best focus my time, effort, and energy at work, as well as around my mindset about the situation. During this process, we spent a lot of time unpacking and deconstructing my professional worldview and belief system, which helped me realize and recognize my unintentionally self-inhibiting (at best) and self-destructive (at worst) daily actions, behaviors, and self-talk. We identified things I was doing and saying to myself and others that were holding me back from where I wanted to be and what I could be, and came up with strategies for how to make helpful, immediate, decisive action(s,) as well as how NOT to procrastinate and/or neglect working on my other life and professional goals and projects in favor of just focusing on one potential "promotion" (i.e., moving me away from an "all-or-nothing" or "tunnel vision" mindset). I did not get the promotion I was chasing — but when one door closes, another door opens. Paul then guided me through my NEXT interview process for the next available team leader position that opened up in my company, and even though another candidate was chosen instead, I entered that SECOND interview process cool, calm, collected, and CONFIDENT, knowing damn well what I was truly capable of and what I was bringing to the table, and in a very different and much more prepared and self-assured state when it came to handling interview questions, providing concrete examples of my job competency and excellence, and when negotiating compensation. I was turned down for the second time in six months, but I felt more prepared for the next opportunity than ever before. Today, I am still waiting for another team leader position to present itself in my company. But while I wait, I now wait PREPARED and FOCUSED for and on the right things for me as a person and professional. Paul has helped me (and still helps me) to: - Determine an order of importance for work affairs (i.e., organization and prioritization) - Understand that my worth and value as a person and professional is INDEPENDENT of my superiors' views and opinions of me (something that I and many other professionals struggle with) - Realize and remember that I have SKILLS, talents, and abilities that can and will translate over to different industries and fields - Realize and remember WHAT brings me professional fulfillment, and that having "tunnel vision" on one particular potential role and/or promotion can actually put you further away from finding something that can and will bring you more, if not the MOST fulfillment - Realize and remember that "work/life balance" is almost a myth — you work in your life and your life has work — the two can never truly be separated, so anything you feel, fear, experience, want, or need in one will almost always find its way to the other. It is important to have your ducks in a row on both sides in order to be an efficient and effective member of the workforce, and a helpful, healthy family member and friend (or in my case, even a husband and one day a father). Coach Paul has completely transformed my outlook on work and life. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I have even referred and recommended many of my own clients to connect with and work with him. He is a consummate professional, extremely insightful, and has an uncanny knack (as any great coach should have) at getting you to realize your own truths and to find answers that have been within you all along — truths and answers that you would have never been able to find and/or recognize without the right, neutral, 3rd-party perspective. Working with him has been one of my best life decisions!!!

Both Paul and the program were great. The program gave me the fundamentals I needed to take the next step. It allowed me to dig deep and find my true beliefs. It was great to go through the program online and the best part were the Q&A sessions. I was a little nervous about those at first, but after the first one, it was great to hear what other people were going through and how I easily related to them. Working directly with Paul was awesome. He is a natural and very easy to speak with. What we were able to accomplish in 16 weeks still amazes me. Gaining the confidence I have been looking for over the past three years was just one result of this program and has greatly helped me plan our future. Paul coached me to be the leader I knew I could be and put together a strategic plan where before I couldn't even figure out where to start! I would highly recommend this program and Paul as a Coach to anyone that wants to improve themselves as a leader, dig deep to find their roots/beliefs, and find a way to plan for the future. I can't thank him enough for this experience. It has reenergized me and also gave me the meaning I had been looking for.

Where do I begin? In case you read nothing else, let me say that Paul is the most GENEROUS coach I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He'll spend as much time as it takes to work through whatever you bring to him. I found Paul when I was at my wit's end. I had built a successful business, the business of my dreams, and I hated it. My business was running me. I didn't have time for my children, my husband, my friends... I wanted out. From where I stood, life really sucked. In just ONE conversation with Paul, things began to shift. With thoughtful questions, he helped me to reconnect to my "why." He helped me to paint a picture of what my life could look like, which reinvigorated my drive to continue. After just 1 week I was working nearly half the hours I used to. Now, at the end of the 10 week program I chose, I only go into the office when I want to. Paul taught me (quickly and efficiently) how to tap into the badass within me. He reminded me that delegation isn't selfish, a long-held limiting belief that's been effecting my decisions for as long as I can remember. Paul has a way of taking complicated information, peeling away the excess, and leaving you with just enough information to make big, powerful changes in a fraction of the time that you could on your own. His program is an amazing shortcut to taking back control of your life, whether you're coming to him for personal mastery, business mastery, or anything in between. My life is forever changed for the better, and I credit much of this to Paul's program and his incredibly generous coaching style. Of course, he reminds me often that I did the work. You'll have to, too. And when you do, Paul is hands-down the BEST guide I've ever worked with. I love this program, and I think you might, too.

Paul is an excellent coach! His program is deep and wide. His advice and guidance have been invaluable in my journey to course-correct my career and lifestyle into the direction that I truly wanted.

There are only a few people that you'll meet during your time on Earth that you'll credit with changing the trajectory of your life in such a profound and positive way. I can say with sincerity, Paul is one of those few people I credit with having done so. I came to Paul because I was tired of feeling stuck; I was looking to level up my life. I didn't know exactly what that meant, but I knew there was more out there for me. I just had to go looking for it. We covered everything from managing time, reframing negative beliefs, to handling holiday stress. Paul pushed me out of my comfort zone by challenging me to enter a virtual startup pitch contest, the same contest I had been dragging my feet on entering for 9 months...I won that contest and the $10k prize attached. I'm more confident at work - Paul reminded me that a podium can sometimes be the best place to deliver your message, even if it might make you uncomfortable. I pay more attention to my thoughts, and the evidence I build up around my beliefs. Most importantly, I'm experiencing that next level. I feel like I'm living my life intentionally. I see great things on my horizon. Having gone through his course, and having lived to see the other end, I can say I've changed for the better. Thanks, Paul! If you're considering Paul's program, know - - It's going to take work. - It's going to cost money. - It's going to push you outside your comfort zone. - You'll get what you ask for; think about what you want. - Trust the process. - You're in good hands.
