Company made an unauthorized charge on my card. I've sent 2 emails and no response. Will take legal action if not resolved soon.

Please resend the review procedures so that I can complete the steps for a full refund.

I am still getting charged after canceling my membership. I also don’t even remember signing up for this.. SCAM

They charged me for a membership without my consent or knowledge and then setup recurring auto payment from my same account every week until it was empty, each time a different amount

completely misrepresented themselves AND tried to make fraudulent charges on my applepay card.. add on tiktok under primal rage toys (for a hatching dino egg) promised refund for positive feedback- my conscious is not for sale!

I really don’t have an experience to rate. I was outright scammed. I clinked a fraudulent link on facebook saying I could get a discount on SHEIN and there was two charges posted to my account from partybunk.com and fiestakeeper.com. When I talked to them to tell them I never made a purchase or subscription or even heard of them. They offered no refund. Only for me to use the credits that I never purchased and that they will cancel the subscription I never made. The sites are also similar. Every time I click something it takes me back to the customer service chat. I’ll just cancel my card and get a new one.
