IMANI HELPED ME

Imani made an exception for my issue and resolved it. Really grateful!

Thank you, Escalation Team"

Eric was helpful and kind.

I was not satisfied with my experience, but I have given them a 5 star rating. I am not saying don't buy their product. The 5 stars are for their customer service. I have been issued a total refund and an apology without having to ask for one. How could I be upset about that! I will definitely be trying them again soon!!
