Phenomenal
Your team did phenomenally. We had a lot of change requests to the drawings that you dealt with without fuss and I know how annoying that can be after so many iterations, especially with such a small dollar value. We had a hiccup with a couple of things not showing up, but the team jumped on it without hesitation and got it taken care of immediately. We haven’t got to install the partitions yet, due to permitting issues, but superstar job on the up front portion.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. The renderings provided were very helpful to visualize and verify the space. I also appreciate your consistency in following up on the order. It allows me to not forget to stay focused on it .The shipping was smooth. However, it is very difficult to have to delivered to a non commercial business without a loading dock or lift

Regarding the delivery challenges you encountered, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the requirement for a loading dock or lift for non-commercial addresses. We want to assure you that we do offer delivery to non-commercial addresses, and we also provide the option for lift gate delivery to facilitate smoother unloading at such locations.
