Every fallen tree in Los Angeles has a story, and we're here to write their second chapter. At Parkman Woodworks, we rescue beautiful lumber before it becomes waste and transform it into custom furniture that will outlast generations. Our tireless team of craftspeople operates from a single workshop where traditional woodworking meets modern design sensibilities. We build each solid wood piece specifically for you, shaped both by your vision and the unique character of the locally recovered lumber. Our commitment to genuine craftsmanship sets us apart from mass production. Every joint is hand-cut, every surface hand-sanded, and every piece inspected by multiple team members before it leaves our shop. We've built our reputation on delivering handcrafted furniture that's as structurally sound as it is beautiful. Our pieces carry the authentic marks of skilled handwork whether you're furnishing a modern office or a traditional family home. You'll find slight variations in grain, subtle tool marks, and the kind of character that only comes from human hands working with natural materials. When you invest in our made-to-order furniture, you preserve craftsmanship and give rescued wood a purposeful future. Each piece tells the story of sustainable craftsmanship while serving as a functional centerpiece for your home's most important moments.

Parkman Woodworks did a wonderful job on our whole wall shelving unit. The process was exactly how they explained, the final cost matched the quote, and everyone there was wonderful to work with, including the installers. We are very happy with our project and would work with them again!

I hired Parkman to build a custom 20-foot boardroom table, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Graham was great to work with — responsive, communicative, and able to deliver on a quick timeline. The finished table is absolutely stunning. It’s a true centerpiece and has completely elevated our boardroom. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional, and we’ve received many compliments on it already. We’re very happy with the result and would highly recommend Parkman for custom work.

Ha we aim to turn heads! Thank you, Stephanie, we're so grateful for the opportunity.
Graham and his team at Parkman Woodworks are highly skilled, and it shows in their creations. Parkman just completed a second project for my home--a walnut bench. Not only is the bench lovely and precisely crafted, Graham questioned the final color of the piece in relation to my first piece and, in fact, suggested the second order, which was ready to ship, be refinished to better compliment the color of the first. He took the initiative rather than settling. This is one example of Parkman's customer focus. I look forward to working with Graham and his craftspeople again should I need another piece of finely crafted furniture.

I'm so glad it came together as we'd hoped. Look forward to working with you again when the time is right!
Working with Graham directly to create our dining room table and kitchen table was easy and direct. Graham also sent us wood samples so that we could easily make a decision in our home. His craftsmanship is top notch and his willingness to work with you is stellar!

What a pleasure working with you, Cathy. Please let us know if you need anything in the future!
I found Parkman Woodworks on google, while looking for custom office furniture. They created a very large "L" shaped office desk for me, black steel square tubing base, 1.5 inch solid oak top. 78" x 30" main, 94 x 26 side return. The desk is beautiful, the workmanship pristine. For a custom desk this large, it took a fair amount of trust to write that check. But the owner was very open about touring the shop before the job, during the job, and also for my inspection before delivery. The owner and the workers are artisans. They are passionate about what they do, very friendly, and expert craftsmen. The entire process was a pleasure, and the result is perfect.
