The delivery service lost the order.

While we have no control over the services provided by UPS and other carriers, we reshipped a replacement order, as soon as you advised that you had not received your order.
I ordered the booster pads and they have no backing and the strip that sticks to the diaper does not stick very well. I would not purchase again. I use Walmart equate overnight brand and like them

Product was shipped on 9/16, supposed to be delivered on 9/18. Did not receive package until 9/25.

I purchased two packages of 100 count booster pads and they do not stick. I am very disappointed in the product. Now I have all these pads that I can not use. The reason I even gave my order two stars is I also purchased a package of pull-up underwear and they were ok but nothing special. I will not order again.

Your company has been back ordering the pads I need for my mother. When you send an email to notify me, the notice that the order has been back ordered is at the very bottom and end of the email. The products are good but I need dependable service. Just be upfront and state at the very beginning of your emails that the product is back ordered. Your customers get so many emails, I personally don’t read the entire email so make sure you state in the first sentence that our necessary items have been back ordered. Thanks.

This review was for order 616994. I believe it shipped timely. The backorder email acknowledges the order, then, in the third sentence discusses the backorder. I am sorry that you do not find this to your liking.

According to UPS tracking, your order was delivered on July 26, and left by your garage. If ever you do not receive an order in a timely manner, please contact us, in order we can remediate the issue immediately.
While the products so far are great.. the delivery process snd status of is very poor.. I ordered Twice and what’s said to Be 2-3 business days has been well over a week and I had to go out and purchase emergency products because of that.. I also I called and inquired and was told I would get it the next day and they would send me another tracking number.. which I never got nor did the product come yet

I am sorry that you have experienced delays in receiving your orders. This order was placed on the evening of 07/13, shipped the following day, and was delivered on 07/16, within our usual three-day delivery time frame. Currently carriers, including FedEx, are experiencing extremely high volumes of freight, and, consequently, resulting delays have occurred. Similarly, vendors are receiving delays in receiving stock into their warehouses. Both situations are frustrating, but, entirely beyond our control. Please contact customer service, if you are not in receipt of a product, in order that we may remediate the issue for you. Director of Customer Care
The rollator looked good in the pictures but the brake mechanism was shoddy. Also, paying over $100 to return this ensures that I will never order anything from you again.
