Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

Tracking info is given as a possibility with order confirmation but is not really possible. Being able to anticipate delivery is critical.when a company is dealing with older folks who have mobility issues, especially in condo/apartment situations where secure delivery is not possible without recipient being home. Patricia was great, however!

Everyone was polite but the item I wanted was out of stock. They didn't know it until I called looking for my delivery.

Thank you for your recent order. We are very sorry we were not aware of the back order prior to your placing the order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. One of our Customer Care agents spoke with you yesterday regarding this issue. Please call us at 888-746-2107 if you wish to select an alternate item or you need to cancel the order. We regret this happened. Thank you.
Easy to install and light and easy to swivel, hope will help keep mom in bed

Not all products are described with normal wearability in mind. The Tena women’s undergarment with tabs is way too bulky and “plasticky” for actual wear. I exected them to be more streamlined, like Depends pullups, only easier to change in a restroom.

Thank you for your recent order. We're sorry the experience wasn't as seamless as we had intended and you anticipated. When you place an item in your cart and begin Checkout, right under the item SKU# you'll see delivery information, in this case it states "Arrives in 1-3 business days". We don't ship on Saturday and Sunday. If you ever need to confirm an estimated delivery date prior to placing an order, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at 888-746-2107, Mon - Thurs 9 AM ET - 8 PM ET and until 5 PM ET on Fri. We'll be happy to get that information for you. Thank you.
So far, so good! At 90 years of age, I am still a believer that there is always room for improvement, no matter how great one is! I am truly disappointed to lose the 11 oz. product I drank for years to feed my need for protein in the early morning so as not to go without eating. This is the third time since 1997 (22 years) diagnosis of Diabetes 2 that I have need to change my protein drink because the makers dropped my drink of choice and no longer make it. "Bah humbug" comes to mind . . . and it's not even Christmas! What will be taken away next? Oh! I suppose that will be my life :~). Good luck in the future . . . I certainly plan on it in mine!
