I ordered the product on 4/27/2018 and still have not received as of today 5/8/2018 I

We're sorry the sample you ordered took longer than it should have! You spoke with one of our Customer Care agents on May 10 and they contacted you again on May 11 to confirm you had received it. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected delay.
I order some slippers on Walmart.com that were the wrong size. Walmart.com said they contacted Parent Giving and I should hear from them in a day. Five days later I had not heard. I emailed Walmart back and 2 weeks later no response from either. I emailed a second time. It has been about 3 weeks and still no response. I will be donating the slippers.

I'm sorry, but we are in no way associated with Walmart. You have not ordered slippers from Parentgiving. Your only order was for a Security Pole and Curved Grab Bar, which was shipped and delivered. Would you consider increasing the rating stars for us as we are not the responsible vendor for the slippers? We take Customer Service very seriously. Thank you.
