As a new customer, not aware of return or replace policy, when I noticed 3 out of 6 rolls were damaged, they would not give a replacement. The cores were damaged and won't fit the rod. The boxes they came in were FINE, no damage. It is quality control, on their end, that did not do their job, now we have to eat 3 rolls of crap! Just terrible! We are a small family business and there was no reasoning with this business.

Was so happy with my order. I will order from them in the future!

Purchased roll of permanent adhesive vinyl used in inkjet printer. Printed a small test sample of 42"x33" and applied to flat surface for use in indoor signage and it fell off wall next day. Called and asked for refund. I was refused the refund because description of product does not specifically say it can be used on walls. Usage on a wall is an application for indoor signage. What a joke this company is. Do not do business with them.
