I downloaded software from this company in the past and everything worked out OK. I recently had a problem with a program that I purchased and downloaded, and I could not get any answer from their customer service. I tried emailing them 3 times and used their contact form on their website twice, and no response. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU EVER EXPECT ANY IOTA OF SUPPORT!
