Out of four items I ordered on the Palmers website, I only received two. There was no mention or notification that the other items were backordered or out of stock. I never received a credit for the items they did not ship. I have emailed then twice now with NO reply or response. This was my first time shopping on their site and will be my last. Terrible customer service, awful experience. Now to try to get my money back 🙄

I recently bought Palmers Skin Success. After using the Dark Spot Correcting Facial Cleanser, Anti Dark Spot Fade Cream, Night Fade Cream and the Exfoliating Facial Scrub all of them have Vitamin E I noticed a big difference in my Facial Dark spots, which have become lighter. I can start to see the skin I had in my early years; for a now 64 year old I am excited to eventually stop using makeup when I go out and about 🤗. Using these Palmers products is cheaper than other products that I've seen on tv. I highly recommend the Palmers. 5+ 🌟
