I believe this is a scam organization thats stealing money and intellectural properties (our stories/manuscripts). This appears to be a criminal interprise that should be investigated by the United States postal Inspectors and the FBI...they appear to be of foreign influences. They took my money, took my manuscript and disappeared.

I engaged Palm Bay Publishers to provide editing, formatting and book cover design services for my manuscript, with an agreed timeline leading into an early January release. Despite payment and repeated follow-ups, I received no edited manuscript and no formatting proofs. One initial book cover draft was provided, however it did not reflect the brief or instructions supplied, and no revised designs or further progress followed despite feedback. Communication then ceased entirely, including after clearly stated written and verbal deadlines. As a result, my planned launch has been compromised and I am now pursuing recovery of funds. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure that deliverables, timelines and communication expectations are clearly met before engaging.
