Went through a divorce last year and the house was the most stressful part of the whole thing. My ex and I tried listing the property and it sat for a few months. It got to a point we both just wanted to put this behind us and a friend recommended I talk to Zach. Genuinely wish I'd called sooner.

Inherited my uncle's house earlier this year and had no idea where to start. The probate process was already stressful enough and the last thing I wanted was to deal with a house across the country. A friend suggested reaching out to Pallas Growth and I'm glad I did. Zachary walked me through everything, was upfront about the offer, and didn't push me to decide fast. We closed on my timeline which meant a lot given everything going on. Would recommend to anyone dealing with an estate situation.
