This company hides their email address
This company, Palexbooks, hides their email address. It's nowhere to be found. They ask you to email a tracking number when returning a book but how can you when they purposely refuse to make their email known. So basically, if you mail the book back, there is no way to verify they received it and demand your refund. They just get to keep your money and the book.
