Premier Assurance Group SPCReviews of pagroupco.com

They simply refuse to pay my in-network physician. I call my primary care provider, ask them to resubmit; yet the portal (which works incredibly poorly) has no filed claims. This isn't some exotic service: as health insurers, they refuse to pay for an annual preventative care checkup. What good are they, then?

In the case of an emergency they respond well. The prices are below average for their plans. Customer service is horrible. The claims process is tech friendly but they get ignored much of the time. It is very difficult to get your claims paid in a timely manner. At times bills/claims don't get paid at all yet they say they are 'escalating it' when you speak with customer service.
