From Nightmare to PERFECTION: Packaging Boxes Pro Exceeded All My Expectations!

After having custom-designed boxes poorly executed at another company, I reached out to Joseph at Packaging Boxes Pro. I had spent almost a year working with another company to design and produce my boxes. The communication was extremely poor and once they had my money, they barely took the time to respond. When I received my products, they were awful. After a horrible first experience, having to work with a new production company really made me nervous. However, Joseph really cared about making my time with Packaging Boxes Pro a great experience. Every email I sent was promptly responded to. Every detail of my order was followed. In fact, Joseph made suggestions to the production that made my boxes even BETTER! I couldn't be happier. When I received the samples, I was so happy. You could tell that these boxes were far superior to my previous boxes. When the actual order came, I was so happy I could almost cry. Everything was perfect. Everything up until working with Packaging Boxes Pro was a nightmare, but now I finally have a company (and a contact) I can wholeheartedly trust. Thank you to everyone who made the experience pain-free. I really do appreciate you!
