I purchased a jacket for my father, he LOVES the jacket, however it's too small. I have emailed the company and followed their return/exchange policy with NO response from them. Buyer BEWARE!

UPDATE: October 22nd, 2023 After several attempts emailing the company, I still haven't received a response. Buyer beware, there doesn't appear to be a "customer service department" for this company. ----‐-------------------------- I ordered a vest a couple of weeks ago. I received the order and liked the product but it was the wrong size. The product came directly from China and their size chart is smaller than the U.S. I emailed their "customer service " 3 times with no response. Like I said before, I really like the product, I want to exchange for a bigger size. The sooner I can get this done, the better.
