OwnerRez, Inc.Reviews of ownerrez.com

Best company ever. Everyone I’ve spoke with has been super helpful and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend using this management software company! I could not have taken over managing as easily without them

I love the OwnerRez product and switching from my previous system was much easier than I anticipated. The support staff is great and made this a seamless process.

We switched from Uplisting to run two villas and a combined listing in Costa Rica, and it came down to the Airbnb integration. Uplisting only synced part of what Airbnb exposes, so I was entering changes twice and still watching them not match. OwnerRez syncs the whole listing. Content, rates, availability, rules, all of it. One system instead of two. The combined-listing setup works fine, but that was never what sold me. The control was. This is software built for operators. The settings are granular without turning into a mess, so you can run the property exactly the way you want. The features that earn their keep: native length-of-stay pricing built right in, an AI assistant that actually helps, and a direct booking site good enough to send guests to. The whole feature set is deep and mature, clearly refined over years. It's not a weekend setup. There's a learning curve and the first week takes real work. But once it's dialed in it mostly runs itself, and that depth is the whole point. Best operational call we've made this year.

Adria went above and beyond to help us out. She is the reason our short term rental is now up and running. She answered emails on weekends and even on a holiday to help us. She truly cares helping people and getting their business going. She spent weeks and endless hours helping us with channel integrations. She sent video messages walking us through on what we needed to do.

The technology and customer service team at OwnerRez is incredible! The PMS is intuitive and robust, and it consistently rolls out new functionality, products, and integrations aligned with guest booking behavior and industry trends. The team is responsive and readily available to resolve any issues or questions, which can be rare with software platform products. Highly recommend them!

What a great product with wonderful, knowledgeable customer support

I spent a tremendous amount of time researching booking software before launching Pure Salt Properties, and choosing OwnerRez was one of the smartest business decisions I made. The software itself is incredibly powerful. The level of automation, integration, customization, and detail it offers allows me to create a true guest experience — not just manage bookings. From guest communication and smart lock integrations to custom financial reporting for my CPA, OwnerRez has the flexibility to truly fit the way your business operates instead of forcing you into a cookie-cutter system. But what truly sets OwnerRez apart is the customer service. Their support team is honestly unmatched. Anytime I have had an issue, felt overwhelmed, needed help onboarding units, fixing error codes, customizing reports, or learning new features, they have always been there. Fast responses, patient guidance, video calls, direct help with my CPA — they consistently go above and beyond without nickel-and-diming for support. In today’s world, it is rare to find a software company that backs up their product the way OwnerRez does. I am heavily dependent on this software to run my business, and knowing their team is always there to support me gives me tremendous confidence. Outstanding software. Even better people behind it.

Used Ownerrez for 9 years and self managed my property from six hundred miles away. The triggers are the best I've seen. No thinking. It sends emails automatically. They also created my website and answered any and all questions. Just do it. Trust me.
