I was with this company for almost a year. I had doubts. While they clearly know how to sell, managing my account was an absolute nightmare. I went through three different account managers, unexpectedly, the last one was least helpful with no formal introduction. They were constantly upselling services, but when it came to actual support, especially when I lost access to my Amazon account due to failed business models and lack of orginaization, they completely dropped the ball. They attempted to reinstate my account only after asking me for money the audacity! — which made no sense given how much I had already paid just to be a client. After that, it became nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. Once they saw I wasn’t bringing more value to them, I was essentially ghosted. No resolutions made it’s been months of waiting. Yes, there’s risk in any business but this one, I should’ve seen the red flags from the beginning especially with shipping issues and lack of organization from their warehouse. I would highly advise extreme caution before working with this company. They know how to sell the dream and give u a “free trial” but it’s just a psychological tactic but when it comes to delivering real, ongoing support, they fall painfully short. Would never do business with them again, I’d rather use a more reputable organization even if the cost was higher.
