I was contacted today by email, they apologized about the incidence, it was a cyber attack. Now the site is working fine. They expressed their understanding to my worry. They confirmed problem has been solved

I did the 6 months subscription and 4 mock papers, and passed the FRCS with a score pretty close to what I got in the mock (I actually did better in the exam than on otoprep). Worth a look!
