Difficult checkout

All the necessary information was there. Somehow they were having trouble reading it. It finally went through. My other concern is in the advertisement they said the backup camera was included. Now after completing my purchase they're offering me a backup camera for $49. I thought it was included.

INTERNET SITE WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARDS. I TRIED AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT CARDS AND ENTERED THE INFORMATION MULTIPLE TIMES WITH EACH. RIDICULOUS, VERY FRUSTRATING.

Difficult to find a specific product. Had to do a search to find the flashlight.

I could not find any color choices on the listing yet it shpwed the mat in another color.

I was very pleased with Osmo and the great yoga mat I purchased from them right up until the payment and checkout process. And then, for some unexplained reason, my initial payment made with thecredit card which I've had since 2001 was rejected. I got a text from my bank about it and had to process the payment again. I have an exceptional credit score and unblemished payment record so I was puzzled and not pleased.
