This product is absolutely horrible
This product is absolutely horrible. Only surpassed by how terrible the customer experience is when trying to contact the company. First off, the product is cheap, bad staining, not well put together and overall not worth the cost. They didn't even send instructions and their website did not have them for the piece we purchased. Secondly we had a board split while screwing in a piece and their customer service is horrendous. The customer service is through whatsapp to Turkey. It is not 24/7 as advertised. You can contact them, but they will get back to you on their own time. They finally sent us a replacement piece. It was a different color, the screw holes did not line up correctly and it was entirely missing the rubber guard rail piece to slide the cabinets on. How do you miss a signature piece of your product!?!? Do not use this company and spend your money somewhere else.

Hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to write this — and we're genuinely sorry. Reading it back, we let you down on several fronts: the finish quality, the missing instructions, a board that split during assembly, and a replacement that arrived in the wrong colour and incomplete. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. Since then we've made real changes. Every order now ships with printed assembly instructions, and they're also available on each product page. We've tightened our quality control before dispatch — a final check on staining, joinery and completeness — and replacement parts in particular are now inspected before they leave the workshop. We've also reworked our support so customers get a faster, clearer response. None of that undoes your experience, but we'd still like to make it right. If you're open to it, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll do what we can for you. Thank you for the honest feedback — it's part of why we've improved.
