This would have been a poor review had I not had the fortune of speaking with Stephanie C. I had been through numerous departments and calls without resolution on a huge price increase on my prescription. She was kind, patient and listened until she understood the issue. She researched, found a solution and resolved the issue. Please acknowledge her contribution to your organization. Thank you again Stephanie C.
