Tried to resolve an issue with customer service and the best they offered was a diagram that came with the item

horriable company placed order, for new led setup, received used/installed product product was defective emailed support, no reply in 2 days, used mobile web page to get live chat, and got rma return to get refund too many other leds on the market to deal with this company...no phone support..its email only...or surprise them on the ordering chat your warned...stay away

Terrible
Terrible. Absolutely trash. Don't waste your hard earned money on the trash OPT7 sells. It's all unreliable Chinese junk. I've wasted countless hours removing and installing components that fail every few months. Seriously, spend a little more and get a quality kit.
