The wait was too long. 15 min into call with no provider, an agent chatted to confirm I am not speaking with anyone. They found a new provider for me abt 5 min later. This is the second video call I have had where there is a long wait for an agreed upon appointment.

Once I was able to get connected with a doctor, Dr. Black was kind, informative, addressed any and all concerns, was clear and concise, as well as did not rush through the appointment.
