OpalbuysSelling a home shouldn't feel impossible—but for a lot of homeowners, it does. At Opalbuys, we exist for the moments when life gets complicated and you need a real solution, not another sales pitch. We're a Connecticut-based real estate investment company that buys single-family homes directly from homeowners across Fairfield County, New Haven County, Litchfield County, and into Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York. No agents. No listings. No repairs. Just a straightforward conversation about your options and a fair offer you can actually count on.We work with homeowners navigating foreclosure, divorce, probate, tax liens, job loss, code violations, and inherited or vacant properties. These aren't easy situations — and we don't treat them like they are. Every seller we work with gets our full attention, honest answers in plain language, and a process built around their timeline, not ours. What sets us apart is simple: we do exactly what we say we're going to do. We communicate proactively, show up prepared, and never make an offer we can't close on. Whether you need a fast cash sale, a creative financing arrangement, or help figuring out your next step, we'll give you a clear path forward — no pressure, no judgment. If you own a home in Connecticut or the Hudson Valley and you're ready to talk, we're ready to listen.

If you need to sell my house fast reach out to Opal Buys, Andre and Opal Buys are a local home buying company. I met Andre at the Subway here in town and we spoke for over an hour and he helped me so much.
