This product did not work for me or any of my friends—and we followed the instructions. We still had hangovers. What a waste of money.

Hi Tracy! Apologies for the delay, unfortunately USPS has had significant shipping delays around the holidays. I've looked up your tracking number, and it's still on route (linked below). I wish we could do something to speed up USPS, but unfortunately I have no way to do that. And if you do enjoy the product, I hope that USPS is no indication of our company or our commitment to customers. If you do enjoy the product, reach out to [email protected] and I'll send something your way for the trouble. https://app.myeship.co/en/track/track?no=9200190270121631065070#
I immediately got a migraine when i put on a patch. I am scared to put on any of the others I purchased. I looked and possible side effects of the top two patch ingredients included headaches. I took it off and I felt better within 30 minutes.

Hi Randi, We take this feedback extremely seriously and so far, to date out of the thousands of patches we've sold, this has been the only negative review with symptoms as you've described. Please email me directly at [email protected], and we'll of course refund your purchase, and look into this immediately. If you could email me your order number and which patch caused this, I'll review this immediately.
I have tried repeatedly to CANCEL my subscription, emailing customer service, using the website and an order was sent out and I was charged anyway. This is very inconvenient, my emails were sent back to me . I did not find the product useful or potent enough to be effective in any significant way.

Hey Rosetta! If you send an email to [email protected] and my personal email [email protected], I'll make sure this gets sorted. The subscription process is meant to be easy to start and easy to cancel! Keep in mind, we set up the subscription option for raving fans, so that you do get a discount on the first order (and ongoing discount going forward), but there is a two order minimum. I always recommend you try whichever patch you want to try first (for the $9.99) before signing up for a subscription! Regardless, hopefully we can get this sorted!
