OnHiresReviews of onhires.com

I had a great experience working with Onhires. Special thanks to Ksenia. She was very attentive, concise, and professional through the whole hiring process. Most of the time, HR itself (without mentioning other departments and/or companies) does not care about candidates and is very oblivious towards them, whereas Onhires (Ksenia S.) always kept in touch and informed about stages of the process, which has more merit than even getting a job in my personal view. I would like to express once again my gratitude and appreciation. I wish only other HRs would have been as levelled up as Onhires.

OnHires contacted me for CBDO position in a product company. Worth mentioning, it is probably the best hiring agency I have ever communicated with. 1) They are super kind and very friendly 2) They are very organized and fast in response 3) All deadlines they gave were perfectly met (!) 4) They know very detailed info about the position they are hiring for, in the very first meeting they answered most of my questions regarding the business. (sometimes even in-house HRs don't know that much) 5) There was no miscommunication; my requirements were clearly forwarded to the hiring company. I have communicated with 5 hiring agencies before, but definitely would pick OnHires as the top one.

Thank you to OnHires especially to Yulia for finding me. Without her I wouldn’t be able to get the job that I’ve waited for a long time, as I was very picky with other positions. The entire recruitment process went very smooth and Yulia was always there to answer my questions. She was very helpful throughout even though I kept on nagging with questions. Thank you to her professionalism, I would recommend many talented candidates to approach onhires for a successful and professional recruitment.

The Onhires HR helps me to find and switch to the new job in a week or two, support me on all way of interviewing processes and care about all questions that I have nearly just-in-time.
