used this service because I needed to travel on a 1way ticket to Mexico and although immigration and the airline didn't ask for an outgoing or return ticket, it provided me with a peace of mind that i needed. plan to use them again.

Very good service. I accidently made a double booking. After a few days I contacted the service. They answered right away and offered to make a refund.

So I just use this coming to Thailand from America and it worked like a charm. I was actually only asked for it when boarding the very first flight out of Orlando.
