Helps us to keep up on our home mechanical equipment maintenance. The one improvement I would suggest would be to have an online means of initiating a service or maintenance action.

A lot of improvement at Nicor Home Solutions from calling and asking for certain service to its technicians response time and service.

I called because my water was not hot any more. Oncourse said I could get a new water heater. They called a plumber and got someone out the same day. I was pleased with the ease of service. No more cold showers.
