Tried to sign up and it kicked back my info for no reason, contacted customer service to see why and they only told me it couldn't be verified and that I'm now no longer allowed to sign up for their casino goodbye.... i didn't even get in the door and they banned me haha you think they wouldn't kick a potential customer for absolutely no reason but i don't think I've seen 1 positive review haha guess that one is for the best

absolutely horrible.. make it seem like your getting a nice signon bonus, and in reality the 5X playthrough is garbage. don't waste your money.. Also THE WORST RTPs i've EVER SEEN!

They suddenly just take everything you won. They literally are at a -92 RTP

In there they are the worst I keep in the deal. Their links are messed up. When you go invite friends it doesn't do it and then they don't honor their agreement. They try to backpedal and say unfortunately you did not invite them. Which how else would they have known about this site? They didn't even know they existed until I sent them the link and then the code said redeemed but got nothing I'm just glad that I caught their scams early before investing more. They should be removed from the I know other problems with any other sites

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Stardust Casino. I was required to submit personal information for verification purposes, and I provided all of the requested documentation. However, I still have not been able to access my account through the app. What concerns me even more is that, after submitting my information, I continue to receive emails stating that I need to provide the same information again. The information being requested is highly sensitive and valuable, so I am very concerned about why it has not been properly received or processed.

Joined and bought 5 deposit bonuses. Thought the site was great. Sent a referral to my friend along with what to do. Friend joins. Denied referral bonus because he didn't enter the code at sign up said live agent Thomas G. I pasted the terms on his site in the chat: HOW IT WORKS LOGIN to your Stardust Casino account and navigate to the “Refer A Friend” tab and send your friend a link to register! On mobile, navigate to the top right menu, select on “Refer A Friend”. Once your friend registers for an account and enters the referral code (login and navigate to “Refer A Friend” tab –>Referrer code –> Enter the code), you’ll get a $10 casino bonus and your friend will get 25 bonus spins on the game Starburst. Thomas said we are wrong. Lost 2 customers. False advertising.
