This is my second Omtech laser. Everything went smoothly from ordering to the very polite delivery driver.

So far in the process everything has been a 10. Easy ordering and questions answered. Delivery smooth and really fast. Setup and Lightburn loading was very easy. Posted a question to the forum for a user error and received very quick replies and followup suggestions. First time laser user and still trying to wrap my head c around software. I have a slow learning curve. Omtech so far has been a win-win

I HAVENT HAD TO CALL LATELEY SO FAR THINGS WITH MY MACHINE ARE GOING VERY WELL BUT MURFEY AND ALL THE OTHER TECKS ARE OUTSTANDING THE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO THE FULLEST SO A OLD MAN LIKE ME UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS.
