Product + Partnership
Like many organizations, we moved quickly to adopt AI tools across our teams. What we didn’t anticipate was how difficult it would become to understand what we were actually spending. Different platforms had different pricing models, billing structures, usage metrics, and reporting. We could see individual invoices, but answering basic business questions became surprisingly difficult: Which teams are driving our AI spend? Are we actually utilizing what we're paying for? Where are costs increasing? And, most importantly, what should we expect to spend next month or next quarter? Olumia truly saved the day. Instead of trying to piece together information from multiple vendor dashboards and spreadsheets, Olumia gave us a clear picture of our AI investment in one place. We could better understand spend and utilization, identify trends and potential anomalies, and start making more informed decisions about where our AI dollars were going. Carla, their Founder, has been incredibly hands-on throughout the process. You don't feel like you're submitting a ticket into a support queue and hoping someone eventually responds. Carla takes the time to understand how your organization operates, the questions your teams are trying to answer, and where the platform can provide the most value. She genuinely listens to feedback and works alongside customers rather than simply handing them a product and walking away. That combination of technology and partnership is what has impressed us most. If your organization is investing heavily in AI but still relying on spreadsheets, individual vendor dashboards, or end-of-month invoices to understand what you're spending, Olumia is solving a problem that is only going to become more important as enterprise AI adoption grows.
