Oliver WicksReviews of oliverwicks.com

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The process was simple and effective taking my measurements. The customer service and responsiveness from Aiza was exceptional, a true professional. My suit arrived a perfect fit as well as being more than a week ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have gone smoother.

I'm thrilled with my recent suit purchase! The fabric is superb, giving the suit a stylish and sophisticated appearance. The customer service was exceptional, as they meticulously reviewed my measurements to ensure a perfect fit that went beyond my expectations. Their attention to detail and dedication to going the extra mile were truly appreciated. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my new suit and the outstanding service I received! In fact, I followed-up with an additional purchase of a tux!

I've gotten several suits from Oliver Wicks thus far and the experience has been fantastic. My first suit required minor alterations, that were covered by OW. I informed the OW team what alterations the local tailor made and subsequent suits have fit as a truly bespoke garment would. My most recent suit, a blue chalk striped, wool, flannel in a single-breasted, two-button version looked and felt so good, that I was compelled to order it in grey also! I will continue to acquire new suits from OW!

I attended a wedding in my custom suit. The Fit was perfect and looked premium. I will come back for other versions as I need them for events!

This suit is my first purchase with Oliver Wicks, and I am pleased with the results. I created a one-button burgundy suit with peak lapels and side tabs, resulting in a look that will work well in both business and formal settings. For people looking to purchase this suit, it has more of a wine color (purple tones) than burgundy (red tones). In fact, it appears purple from a distance in certain shades of light and color combinations. What I like about the suit is that it's versatile, can be worn with many different-colored ties, and is a stylish alternative to navy and grey suits. Also, I had an excellent experience with the customer service department. The first suit sent was 2 inches too short in the sleeve and pants lengths. However, I talked with my contact person, Mimi, who sent out a second suit, and the fit was perfect. I look forward to ordering another suit from Oliver Wicks.

I have ordered from them before and will again if I need a suit. Easy to submit your measurements and Mimi helped a lot with sizing recommendations. The suit arrived and fit very well and didn't need any extra alterations.

The online ordering system is easy as well as taking your measurements. Picked a black suit with some customization. The suit arrived and fits perfectly and the 150s fabric has a very feel. The customer service rep Aiza Del kept me up to date on every step of the process

Excellent service and product. From start to finish, staff was in regular communication, attending to every detail. Final product was perfect. I paid slightly less than a high quality local suit maker charges for a custom made suit of equal or superior quality.
