We’re very sorry that this experience felt upsetting and confusing. We understand how disappointing it can be when a delivery doesn’t go as smoothly as expected. Our team did reach out along the way to share updates regarding a delay and to offer support as the order progressed, including confirming when the item had shipped and discussing available options. When a cancellation was requested after shipment, we explained that we were unable to cancel at that point but remained happy to assist with a return once the item was received. We sincerely apologize that this process did not feel seamless. Providing thoughtful communication and care is important to us, and we appreciate this feedback as we continue to improve the experience for our customers.

We’re truly sorry that this experience caused frustration and concern. We understand how upsetting a delay can be, especially for a meaningful and high value purchase, and we regret that this situation did not meet expectations. Our team did make several attempts to reach out using the contact information provided at checkout to share updates regarding a manufacturer related delay and to offer available options, including cancellation. When the request was made to cancel, the order was promptly refunded in full. At no point was there any intent to mislead or withhold funds, and we sincerely regret that this process felt distressing. We value transparency and customer trust, and we appreciate this feedback as we continue working to improve communication and the overall experience.

We're so sorry to hear the dress didn’t meet your expectations — that’s not the experience we want for our customers. Our team will reach out right away to provide a return label and ensure this is resolved quickly. We take great care to represent our products accurately, and situations like this are very uncommon, but we’ll review this listing to make sure everything is correct.
