The listing photos, presentation, and estimate prices made them appear identical to the larger, more expensive version. The size difference was not clearly shown visually, and I would never have bid at those prices if it had been. The estimated sales price ranges were shown above retail for the smaller items, which made the outcome even worse. What makes this especially concerning is that NY Elizabeth LLC sale terms state “disclaim any warranties regarding description, authenticity, attribution, provenance, condition, completeness, or value”. That alone should stop you from doing business with NY Elizabeth LLC.
