Not happy with experience at all . They charge around 900 bucks for 3 people . I did not enjoy the ride as getting into the balloon or standing for 45 minutes was very uncomfortable. The snack they provided was sub standard too . My leg pain aggravated due to the uncomfortable experience and they are not ready to refund even half amount for the dissatisfaction . My 6 year child also got irritated . Not worth the hype and worst customer service

Some of the things very unexpected, but we were very well prepared by the staff before taking off. Trip very smooth and quite uneventful, though very pleasant. Especially because of a friendly pilot. The biggest surprise for me was that we didn't really travel far. Everything happens within the valley.
