I’m sorry for the frustration here. We checked our system and didn’t find any emails from you, and your order was shipped to the exact address that was provided at checkout. If a different email ended up on the order, that typically happens when the iPad used at the event auto-filled a previously saved email and it wasn’t updated before submitting. For privacy and security, we don’t change phone numbers, emails, or addresses on orders after they’re placed. We’d love to help get this sorted quickly—please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll take care of you.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the sign is now working great and that you're happy with the end result. We sincerely apologize for the minor complications you experienced along the way. Regarding the issue with the 'N' in the word 'AND,' we want to clarify that every sign we produce is thoroughly tested for 24 hours prior to shipping to ensure everything is working perfectly. It's likely that the damage occurred during transit, but we're glad we could quickly provide a replacement for you. We're always here to help, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience. We look forward to working with you again as you remodel your bar! Also, I just sent you an email with something to help with your remodel as a thank you for your understanding. Warm regards, Louis (Founder)
