Total Flakes? No Longer in Business?
I really liked this company and their products. I uploaded my data, and paid for various reports, which were very helpful, especially the one that helped you tailor supplements. My computer crashed, and I lost my saved reports. I’ve also changed email addresses since I signed up, and I don’t remember my password. I can’t retrieve it because I no longer have access to that email addresses. I have sent them at least 15 emails, asking them to help me recover my account. I get a message that says they will get back to me within 3 days. They never do! The message says to type URGENT in the subject line. I tried that, too! I’m just disgusted, at this point— what a bunch of flakes! They were supposed to get an iPhone app. Never happened!
