Too many questions and dial in requirements during each of the sessions.

Test was longer than 4.5 hours
Test was longer than 4.5 hours. Would not let move forward any sooner than time requested. Over all very fast customer service being able to start the test.

VERY DIM
I bought a projection desk clock, the lighting on it is very dim. You have to buy a separate adapter. Uses 2 AAA batteries, (3V) and need a 4V adapter
