Neal and Teri are by far the best mortgage brokers I have ever worked with. They are super helpful, ALWAYS accessible, and always on top of things. They are very clean with expectations and requirements, and there are absolutely no surprises along the way.

We look forward to working with YOU again too---soon. Super excited to see what you did with the rehab, so that we can start getting the rental loan in place. Watch out Airbnb; here you come! Teri & Neal

Thank you Ivana! Being a Canadian investing in the USA can get a little tricky at times, but not this time!! A solid 75% LTV with 5.28% for a refinance was remarkable! Glad we could help you. Teri & Neal
We had a challenging refinancing deal and Neal and Teri showed their true colors. They made me feel at ease (which can be difficult) and calmly got the job done. I’m very impressed with their resilience and professionalism. I will do many more deals with them. We highly recommend, A++++
